SCBA Toolbelt Scramble Raffle – Official Rules & Information

The SCBA Toolbelt Scramble Raffle is a fun fundraiser held in conjunction with the annual Toolbelt Scramble Golf Tournament. Proceeds support the ongoing work of the Summit County Builders Association, including industry programs, workforce development efforts, member events, and community initiatives.

Eligibility

Raffle ticket purchases are open to all tournament attendees, registered sponsors, and event volunteers who are physically present at the event on June 11.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase raffle tickets or claim prizes, unless otherwise noted for a specific prize. Any prize containing age-restricted items (such as alcohol) requires the winner to be 21+ with valid ID.

Raffle Dates & Times

• Opens: 7:00 AM on June 11
• Closes: 3:00 PM on June 11

No entries will be accepted after 3:00 PM.

Drawing Information

Winning entries will be drawn and announced during the Appy Hour Tent celebration following play. Winners may be selected randomly through the event platform or by manual drawing, depending on prize format.

Must Be Present to Win

Winners must be present at the event to claim prizes.

Any prizes not claimed by 4:30 PM will be redrawn and awarded to remaining eligible attendees still on site.

Prize Information

Prizes may include donated goods, gift cards, merchandise, experiences, sponsor items, or themed baskets. Approximate values may vary by prize. All prizes are awarded as-is and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Taxes / Fees / Responsibilities

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes, fees, licensing, insurance, or other costs associated with prize acceptance or use.

Prize Restrictions

Some prizes may carry age, scheduling, travel, reservation, or vendor-specific restrictions. Winners are responsible for complying with any terms required by the donating business or provider.

Free Entry Option

No purchase-free alternate entry method is offered for this on-site event raffle. Participation is limited to event attendees, sponsors, and volunteers present at the tournament.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and decisions made by SCBA event organizers. SCBA reserves the right to substitute prizes, modify procedures for fairness, or cancel the raffle if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
